Juan, Please
Brand identity rollout for a modern tequila brand built to stand out in the wild. Starting from an existing logo, I created the visual system across packaging, web, merchandise, and high-visibility OOH placements, bringing the brand to life everywhere from the PATH train to Red Bull Arena.

The Challenge
Juan, Please started with a simple ask: design an RFP deck using an existing logo. As the brand gained traction, the scope grew quickly from packaging to social, web, merchandise, and major out of home placements.
The challenge was building a flexible identity system in real time, creating consistency where it mattered most while keeping the brand’s chaotic, playful energy intact.
Mini Brand Guide
As the brand expanded beyond packaging, I created a mini brand guide to keep new assets consistent across channels. It established logo usage, typography hierarchy, layout rules, and a supporting color palette that could flex across social, web, and out of home.
Packaging Design
The packaging needed to feel bold and playful while still reading clearly as a tequila RTD. The client wanted a primarily white can and box, so I focused on building strong hierarchy through typography, color accents, and layout to keep it recognizable and shelf-ready.
NJ Path Train Placement
To support the brand’s first major retail push, I designed a transit poster for the NJ PATH train that introduced the can to a wider audience. The layout was intentionally simple, focusing on the product and a single tagline for quick readability.
Sports Illustrated Stadium Placement
As the brand expanded into live events, I designed stadium ads and a full signage set for Juan, Please’s marketplace at Sports Illustrated Stadium. The layouts were built for distance, clarity, and quick recognition, while staying consistent with the packaging system.
Juan, Please was a fast moving brand rollout that grew from early pitch materials into packaging, digital, and large format placements. The work helped the brand expand into wider markets and build visibility through high profile out of home placements and press coverage. Each piece was designed to feel distinct, but still unmistakably Juan, Please.
